Because these items are produced as one of kind and/or limited amount collection pieces exact replacement will be difficult and/or impossible. if product needs repair, please contact the head artisan, contact info below.
Returns will only be honored up to 2 weeks of the purchase date.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable or at the Head Artisan discretion. Please give reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
After returned items arrived at studio, it may take up to one to two weeks for reversal of funds. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip should indicate where you need your return sent.
