Repairs are welcome. Repairs on Shadowcraft art purchases are free.
repairs on outside items are at the discretion of The Head Artisan.
We guarantee that the product you have chosen is a one of kind or limited amount collector item(s). Your product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping.
Sorry, because these items are produced as one of kind and/or limited amount collection pieces exact replacement will be difficult and/or impossible. if product needs repair, please contact the head artisan, contact info below.
NO refunds / returns after (3) three months of the purchase date.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable or at the Head Artisan discretion. Please give reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
After returned items arrived at studio, please give one to two weeks for reversal of funds. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip should indicate where you need your return sent.
